11. Bungee Jump

Bungee jump, which strike most of the people’s mind first, when it comes to adventure.  Simply, Bungee jump refers to jumping from high level heights with the support of elastic rope(harness) tide at the waist or foot. Nepal has two well known spots for Bhotekoshi and Pokhara.

 

Bhotekoshi:



One of the world’s longest bungee jump: Bhotekoshi, is also Asia’s 3rd highest Bungee Site. It takes only 3 hours from Kathmandu. The spot was designed by New Zealand Bungee expert and The Last Resort are the organizer. Bhotekoshi Bungee is 160 meters vertical drop.


Talking about eligibilities in Bhotekoshi :

        ·        Age must be 18+.

        ·        Weight between 40-98 kg

        ·        Person with steels and pregnant woman are not allowed.

      ·   Person with high blood pressure, heart diseases and ligament injury aren’t allowed.

 

Pokhara:


 Pokhara, one of the adventurous destination is a tourism sector. God gifted city: Pokhara, only has Nepal’s first tower bungee organized by HighGround Adventures. It is 70 meter vertical drop with 3 second freefall.

 

Talking about eligibilities in Pokhara:

    ·        Age must be 13+.

    ·        Age between 13 and 15 must be with parents to sign wavier.

    ·       Weight between 35-125 kg   

    ·       Alcohol consumed person is not allowed.

    ·       Secured closed toe shoe is must.
